Recently the actors who play Rue and Cinna have come under attack from Racist fans of the Hunger Games. Reblog if you support the casting of Amandla Stenberg, the adorable and talented actress who plays Rue, and Lenny Kravitz, the unquestionable genius who plays Cinna.

I cannot, cannot believe people are going on about race this day in age.
Especially about Rue
Because the books state that she is black.
And even if they didn’t- is there something wrong with her being black as opposed to white?
The people tweeting such things positively sicken me. This is blatant racism and I would like nothing more than to punch them in the face.
Judge an actor or actress by their ability to perform, not on their goddamn race.

thursday i went to a concert & the hunger games premier, but i got a 3.5 mile run in and abs
friday we just did 3/4 mile warmup at track and then 6 200’s and played ultimate frisbee
saturday: i went on a 7 mile run and did some abs!

Wednesday: Meet! 1 mile warmup, ran the 800 and won with a 2:42 :) and then ran 13 laps around the track!
